At Ramona Bădescu Exclusive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and provide a reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the security seal is intact and all designer labels are included to avoid rejection.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
